Clover Hill Community Primary School

Clover Hill Community Primary School is a primary school for boys and girls from 4 - 11 years old. It is situated in the village of Whickham which is in the west of the borough of Gateshead in the North-East of England.

The school is set in large secure grounds and backs onto fields and some woodland.

We have a fabulous new ICT suite which contains 28 networked computer workstations. Every class in the school is timetabled to use it. ICT is taught as a subject in its own right and also supports other subjects such as Literacy, Numeracy and research work for topics.

Our school has a strong tradition of promoting the learning of musical instruments. We also have a fine reputation for our summer term musical 'extravaganzas' in which all pupils participate, performing songs before a packed audience of parents and friends.
